Gobo lighting product warranty statement

Scope: this agreement applies to all COLIFINE official website : https://www.colifinegobo.com sales projection light products.

1.Warranty period
Ⅰ. Standard warranty period
- From the date the user receives the product,

COLIFINE offers a 2-year free warranty on projection lamp hosts.
The projector bulb warranty is 2 years.
Gobo Light source components are guaranteed for 2 years.
Accessories (such as remote control, power cord, etc.) are guaranteed for 6 months.
Custom gobo lenses are custom made without warranty
Consumables are not guaranteed

2. Extended warranty service
Users can purchase an additional extended warranty service (which needs to be activated within 30 days of purchase) for up to 4 years (see the Extended warranty description for details).

Ⅱ. Warranty scope
1. Include content

Performance failures due to defects in product materials or manufacturing processes (such as failure to turn on, abnormal light source extinguishes, optical components fail, projector light bulbs burn out, etc.).
Mechanical structure damage during normal use (such as bracket breakage, lens stuck, etc.).

2. No content

Man-made damage (such as falling, liquid infiltration, external extrusion resulting in lamp body rupture, etc.).
Unauthorized demolition, modification or maintenance.
Improper use (such as exceeding rated voltage, not following instructions, exposure to extreme temperature and humidity).
Natural loss (such as normal attenuation of light source brightness with time).
Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters and wars.

Ⅲ.the warranty service process
1. Application method

The user should contact customer service within 7 days after finding the fault, providing the order number, purchase voucher, fault description and video/photo evidence.
After the customer service review is passed, we will communicate with you for after-sales service processing.

2. Maintenance methods

Free repair: Confirm that the problem is within the scope of warranty, we will communicate with you to confirm the existence of the product, if the parts are damaged, we will send you a new part for free, and guide you to repair through video.
Paid maintenance : non-warranty faults, provide a quote for the user to confirm after processing.

Ⅳ. Logistics responsibility

The cost of spare parts and freight during the warranty period will be borne by our COLIFINE official.
Users choose other logistics methods at their own risk of loss or damage.

Ⅴ.Return service process

Products with quality defects must be returned to the address specified by COLIFINE on the last day of the warranty period, and products received after the applicable warranty period will not be eligible for warranty claims.

Ⅵ. Disclaimer
1. This warranty agreement does not cover the following indirect losses:

Loss of data, loss of business opportunities or other consequential damages due to product failure.
Products purchased through unofficial channels (e.g., second-hand transfers, sales by unauthorized dealers).

2. The warranty service does not affect the user's legal rights under local laws (such as the 2-year compulsory warranty in EU countries).

Ⅶ. Other provisions
1. Reset the warranty period

After the replacement of a new machine or major components, the remaining warranty period is automatically extended without recalculation.

2. Technical support

For non-warranty issues (e.g. projector installation instructions, gobo lens updates, projector focusing instructions, etc.) contact customer service for free remote assistance.

3. Right to modify the agreement

COLIFINE reserves the right to update this Agreement and the revised terms will become effective upon publication on the website.
