COLIFINE GOBO Projector & Custom GOBOS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User/Customer”) and COLIFINE (“we/our/us”), a professional manufacturer of LED GOBO projectors and custom GOBO lenses, governing your use of our products (including but not limited to GOBO projectors, custom GOBO lenses) and services (including custom design, order fulfillment, logistics, and technical support) via the official COLIFINE website (https://www.colifinegobo.com/, “Website”) or through direct contact (email: lucy13437438945@gmail.com; WhatsApp: +86 17608461331). By placing an order, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services & Products
1.1 Product Coverage
COLIFINE provides a range of LED GOBO projectors and accessories tailored to specific scenarios, including but not limited to:
- Business GOBO Projectors: DS-FS series (35W/50W/80W)
- Wedding GOBO Projectors: DS-FS Pro series (100W/120W/150W)
- Industrial Virtual Sign Projectors: DS-FS Plus series (200W/240W/300W)
- Large Advertising Projectors: WF-CL Plus series (400W/480W/600W)
- Multi-Logo Switch Projectors: WF-NKDT04 (150W/200W, 4-logo switch), WF-CEDT06 (100W/150W/200W, 6-logo switch), WF-CNDT08 (100W/150W/200W/320W, 8-logo switch)
- Special Effect Projectors: WF-CLSW series (400W/480W/600W, water ripple projection)
- Custom & Standard GOBO Lenses: Full-color, glass, or steel GOBO lenses (including custom logo lenses and pre-designed standard pattern lenses)

1.2 Service Coverage
- Custom GOBO Design: We provide professional design support for custom GOBO lenses. You may submit logo files (acceptable formats: PDF, PSD, AI, CDR, PNG, JPG) or copywriting clues; our designers will adjust and confirm the final artwork with you until satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: After verifying and confirming order details (product model, wattage, lens specifications, custom design), we will prepare and ship products.
- Technical Support: Free access to installation guides, GOBO lens replacement videos, and operational advice (e.g., projector angle adjustment, focus calibration) upon request.
- Logistics Service: We arrange express delivery for all orders, with shipping details as specified in Section 4.

2. User Obligations
- You warrant that any logo files, copywriting, or design materials provided for custom GOBO lenses are **legally owned by you or you have obtained valid authorization** (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks) and will not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal interests of third parties. COLIFINE shall not be liable for any disputes or losses caused by your provision of infringing materials.
- You agree to use COLIFINE products in accordance with their intended purpose and our instructions (e.g., using matching brackets and screws for installation, operating remote controls or lamp body controls as guided). Improper use (e.g., overloading, ignoring environmental usage tips) resulting in product damage or safety hazards shall be your sole responsibility.
- You shall provide accurate and complete contact information (name, address, phone number, email) when placing an order to ensure smooth delivery and communication. COLIFINE shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by you.

3. Order & Payment
3.1 Order Confirmation
- All orders are subject to verification and confirmation by COLIFINE. After you submit an order (via the Website or direct contact), we will review details such as product model, wattage, custom GOBO specifications, and price, and send a confirmation notice to your provided contact channel (email/WhatsApp). The order will take effect only after you confirm the details in writing.
- For custom GOBO lens orders, we will share a draft of the design artwork with you for confirmation. Production will begin only after you approve the final artwork.

3.2 Pricing & Payment
- Product prices displayed on the Website include the corresponding GOBO projector, matching lens, and standard shipping fees (excluding additional custom GOBO lenses or value-added services). If you need extra GOBO lenses, please contact us for a separate quote.
- Payment terms shall be agreed upon in writing (e.g., bank transfer, online payment) before order fulfillment. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
- COLIFINE reserves the right to adjust product prices due to factors such as raw material costs or product upgrades, but will not modify the price of an already confirmed order.

4. Logistics & Delivery
- After confirming all order details and receiving full payment, we will ship products within 1–3 business days using the fastest available express service (e.g., international couriers for overseas orders).
- Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of shipment, subject to actual logistics conditions (e.g., customs clearance, regional transportation delays). We will provide a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status.
- Risk of loss or damage to products shall pass to you upon delivery by the courier (i.e., when the courier confirms receipt of the product at your specified address). If you find the package damaged or products missing upon receipt, please refuse acceptance and notify us within 24 hours; we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Quality Issues: If the product has manufacturing defects (e.g., non-functional components, inconsistent specifications with the order) upon receipt, please provide photos/videos of the defect within 3 business days of delivery. After COLIFINE verifies the issue, we will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping fees).
- Non-Quality Issues:
- Standard (non-custom) GOBO projectors may be returned within 7 business days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and without damage. You shall bear the return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee will apply (to cover order processing and inventory costs).
- Custom GOBO lenses and customized projectors are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are produced based on your unique requirements (e.g., personalized logos, specific wattages). Exceptions apply only if the customization does not match the confirmed artwork or specifications due to our error.

5.2 Refund Process
- After confirming eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product (or verifying the quality issue for non-returnable cases). The refund will be issued via the original payment method, and the actual time for the funds to arrive depends on your payment provider’s processing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property
- COLIFINE retains all intellectual property rights to its products (e.g., projector design, brand trademarks “COLIFINE”), standard GOBO patterns, and design materials created by our team (unless otherwise agreed for custom orders). You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell these materials without our written permission.
- For custom GOBO lenses, you retain the intellectual property rights to your original logo or design materials. COLIFINE may use the final customized artwork for portfolio purposes (e.g., Website showcases) only with your prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
- COLIFINE provides product usage tips (e.g., “darker environments improve projection clarity,” “higher wattage is required for bright environments”) as reference. The actual projection effect may vary due to factors such as ambient light, installation distance, and surface conditions; we do not guarantee specific projection results beyond the product’s technical parameters.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., business losses, event delays) caused by product defects, delivery delays, or other service-related issues, unless such losses are due to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- COLIFINE reserves the right to modify product parameters (e.g., wattage, lens specifications) for technical upgrades, provided that the modified product meets or exceeds the original performance standards. We will notify you of significant changes before order fulfillment.

8. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 10 business days of receiving a written notice.
- If you violate Section 2 (User Obligations) (e.g., providing infringing materials) or Section 6 (Intellectual Property), COLIFINE may terminate the order immediately, withhold refunds, and pursue legal liability for any losses incurred.

9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our products/services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and COLIFINE.
- If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court or arbitration institution in the place where COLIFINE is registered ( China) for resolution in accordance with the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China.

10. General Provisions
- These Terms shall take effect on the date you confirm the order. COLIFINE may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted on the Website, and we will notify existing customers of major changes via email/WhatsApp.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
